Yes, for the starter scope: three core pages, two new business mailboxes, one standard domain, hosting, enquiry form, basic search setup and ongoing care. You supply the content. No add-on is required. More involved work, such as a shop or a custom integration, needs a separate quote.

Managed hosting, domain renewal, two 5 GB mailboxes, SSL, daily website backups retained for 30 days, routine technical maintenance, email support and 20 minutes of small content updates each month. It also includes a check-in after your first 30 days live. It does not include ongoing marketing or new pages.

All displayed prices exclude VAT. The starter setup is €499: €249.50 after you accept the agreed scope, then €249.50 after approval and before launch. Monthly care starts when the website goes live. Add-on setup is included in the same 50/50 arrangement if ordered at launch. Recurring add-ons start when that service is activated. Your written quote confirms the VAT and exact payment dates.

The proposed package has no minimum annual commitment. Recurring services run monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. There is no standard exit fee or clawback of the website price. Once setup is fully paid, we provide your website files and help transfer domain and email access. Third-party tools keep their own licence terms; you arrange replacement hosting and email before cancelling.

Yes. The published add-on rate is the same whether you choose it at launch or later, at the price current when you order. We confirm any future price change before you order; nothing is added automatically. Monthly extras can be cancelled separately with 30 days’ notice. We explain any effect on connected features first. Completed one-off work is not a subscription.

Yes. We can connect an existing domain, and we’ll check what is worth keeping before proposing a rebuild. The starter includes two new mailboxes, not migration of a large email archive. If you use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace already, you can keep paying that provider directly. We confirm any migration work and costs in advance.

You are paying for our time to set up or tidy one eligible Business Profile, choose categories, add services and correct contact details, and guide you through verification. Google does not charge for the profile. We do not charge you a monthly fee simply for it to exist, and we cannot guarantee verification, rankings or enquiries.

Often, the sensible first step is simply getting a clear website live and responding quickly to enquiries. We suggest an extra only when there is a specific job for it to do. Ads also need a separate media budget paid to Meta. Marketing services cannot guarantee sales or search rankings.

We review what you selected, check that it suits your business and confirm the final scope, availability, VAT and payment schedule in writing. Sending an enquiry does not start a payment or subscription.
