This explains what information Claritai collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email info@claritai.ie and we will explain it properly.

Who We Are

Claritai Limited is an AI consultancy registered in Ireland. Our website address is https://claritai.ie. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data transparently in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts.

What Data We Collect

When you send us an enquiry through the form on this website, we collect the details you provide: your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, your message, and the package you selected if you used the package builder. That form is the only place this website collects personal data.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics — pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, none of that is collected.

How We Use Your Data

We use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide our services. Your enquiry is stored in Claritai Desk, our own customer records system, and a notification email is sent to us so that we see it promptly.

Where you have allowed it, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful so we can improve them. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you sent us) and consent (analytics cookies). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies unless you accept them. Google Analytics is the only thing here that would set any, and its script is not loaded at all until you click Accept on the cookie banner — so if you decline, nothing is requested from Google and nothing is stored.

The one thing we do keep either way is a note of your choice, held in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, so that we do not ask you again on every page. It never leaves your browser.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Declining after you have previously accepted also deletes the analytics cookies that were already set.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which may process your data:

• Render — hosting for this website and for Claritai Desk, including the database your enquiry is stored in.
• Resend — sends the notification email that tells us an enquiry has arrived.
• Google Analytics — website analytics, and only if you have accepted cookies.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and GDPR compliance measures.

Data Retention

We retain enquiry data in Claritai Desk for up to 24 months, or until the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, whichever is sooner. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@claritai.ie.
